The Annual Gala and Auction will take place on Friday October 14, 2011  

Hilton Americas: 1600 Lamar Street; Houston, TX  77010 

Registration: 6:00 – 7:30 

Big Board and Silent Auction: 6:00-8:30 PM – Cash Bar 

Dinner:  7:30 – 8:30 PM 

Live Auction:  8:30 – 10:00 PM
Please come out and join us for a fun filled evening of great food, great people and the excitement of participating in our

auctions.  You can wave your paddle in the live auctions, place your carefully calculated bid on the bid sheet for your

favorite silent auction items or participate in the big board auction. Come on out and help support the Bright Light

Foundation.   Please go to our gallery to view pictures from last year’s event. We invite individuals and companies to

support our effort through direct contributions, participation in our annual dinner/auction and golf tournament, and by

providing referrals of eligible candidates

The Bright Light Foundation (BLF) is a volunteer organization founded in 2003 to provide financial assistance to oil field

industry families who have experienced a catastrophic illness. None of us expect to experience a catastrophic illness,

but in reality, it can strike often and quickly deplete the financial resources of a family.  Families of those working in the

oil field industry who are incurring extensive medical expenses associated with a catastrophic illness can apply to BLF

for financial support.
